Keine Credits bei Lehrveranstaltungen angegeben

Bei den Modulen unten sind Credits angegeben, bei der (modulunabhängigen) Lehrveranstaltungsliste nicht. Dies liegt darin begründet, dass die Lehrveranstaltungen erst im Kontext eines Modules Credits erhalten. Auch wenn der Fall selten eintritt, ist so die Möglichkeit gegeben, dass die selbe Veranstaltung in unterschiedlichen Studiengängen unterschiedlichen Workload und Credits erhalten kann.

Üblicherweise gilt aber weiterhin natürlich die Faustregel Cr = 1,5 * SWS.

  • Define agility in the context of project management
  • Compare foundations of agile and traditional project management
  • Decide whether agile or traditional methods would be best suited for a specific project
  • Apply methods of agile project management (e.g., user stories, planning poker)
  • Manage projects using agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Evaluate the suitability of different scaled agile methods for specific organizations
Relevance

The module prepares students to work in or manage agile projects. In an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world, agile project management becomes more important.

Zum Modul erfolgt eine modulbezogene zusammengesetzte Prüfung in der Gestalt einer Klausur (in der Regel: 60-90 Minuten, 50% der Note) und einer Hausarbeit (in der Regel: ca. 10 Seiten, 30% der Note) mit Präsentation (in der Regel: 10 bis 15 Minuten, 20% der Note). Die genauen Formalia werden in der ersten Sitzung bekannt gegeben.

  • Describe the building blocks of a digital transformation
  • Distinguish between transformation and change
  • Distinguish between Digital Transformation and IT-enabled organizational transformation
  • Apply tools to digitally transform business models, products, services, and business processes
  • Transfer their knowledge to other transformations, e.g., decarbonization or societal aging
Relevance

Organizations are increasingly managing digital transformations. Students will learn how to recognize the corresponding triggers and how to manage digital transformations.

Module Exam

Zum Modul erfolgt eine modulbezogene Prüfung in Gestalt entweder einer Klausur (in der Regel: 60-90 Minuten, 60% der Modulnote) sowie einer Präsentation (in der Regel: 5 bis 10 Minuten, 20% der Modulnote) und der Diskussion im Plenum (20% der Modulnote) oder einer schriftlichen Ausarbeitung (in der Regel: 15 bis 20 Seiten, 60% der Modulnote), Präsentation (in der Regel: 5 bis 10 Minuten, 20 % der Modulnote) und der Diskussion im Plenum (20% der Modulnote). Die konkrete Prüfungsform wird innerhalb der ersten Woche der Vorlesungszeit festgelegt.

Vom Dozierenden wird zu Beginn der Veranstaltung festgelegt, ob durch freiwillige Testate bereits im Vorfeld Punkte für die Klausur erworben werden können. Für die Möglichkeit der Anrechnung der Testate muss die Klausur unabhängig vom Ergebnis der Testate mindestens bestanden sein. Ist dies der Fall, so bildet sich die Endnote aus dem Ergebnis der mindestens bestandenen Abschlussprüfung zuzüglich der bereits über die Testate erworbenen Punkte. Die Möglichkeit der Anrechnung der Testate auf die abschließende Prüfungsleistung ist auf maximal 20% der in der abschließenden Prüfung maximal erwerbbaren Punkte beschränkt. Bestandene Testate haben nur Gültigkeit für die Prüfungen, die zu der Veranstaltung im jeweiligen Semester gehören. Es ist unabhängig von der Bearbeitung der freiwilligen Testate möglich, die volle Punktzahl für die modulbezogene Prüfung zu erreichen.

Grundlagen zu Wirtschaftsinformatik.

Contents

Das Proseminar bereitet auf das Hauptseminar vor. Die Teilnahme am Proseminar ist Voraussetzung, um am Hauptseminar teilzunehmen. Während des Proseminars werden begleitende Veranstaltungen und Workshops angeboten (S. https://www.wi.wiwi.uni-due.de/studium/studienangebot/seminararbeiten/begleitende-veranstaltungen/):

  • Einführung in wissenschaftliches Arbeiten
  • Workshop „wissenschaftliches Arbeiten“
  • Einführung in Präsentationstechniken

Neben diesen begleitenden Veranstaltungen sind Seminarteilnehmer dazu verpflichtet im Rahmen des Proseminars eine Leistung in Form einer Hausarbeit oder eines Essays abzugeben. Der genaue Inhalt und die Ausprägung des Essays sind dabei je nach betreuendem Lehrstuhl individuell festzulegen. Die fristgerechte Abgabe des Essays bekundet die erfolgreiche Teilnahme am Proseminar (unbenotet) und gilt folgend als Anmeldung für das Hauptseminar.
